Oh.. I LOVE This Cake!
This is by far the best, easiest, oohey gooey cake I have ever made! Great to put in the crock pot in the morning!
Ok.. Ok.. I'll hush and give you the recipe..
What You Need..
1 18.5 ounce box chocolate cake mix
1 3.9 ounce package instant chocolate pudding
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. hot water
2 tsp vanilla extract
Vanilla ice cream
1. Put cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, vanilla and water in mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds until combined, and beat for two minutes on medium speed.
2. Spray the inside of a 4-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray and pour the batter into the slow cooker. Make sure it's well coated!
3. Cover the cooker and cook on low setting for 5-7 hours until the cake is a little puffy.
Mine took 5 1/2 hours.
