EASY SAUSAGE, EGG & BISCUIT CASSEROLE


Great Weekend Morning Breakfast!  You Can Prepare the Night Before and Bake in the Morning!  





What You Need..


1 lb of any breakfast sausage roll 

1 can of buttermilk biscuits (8 count)

1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

1 c. of shredded cheddar cheese

5 eggs, beaten

2 egg whites

3/4 cup milk

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper




Make It..

Preheat oven to  425 °F

Spray or grease an 8 x 8 in. Baking dish

Brown, Cool, & Drain the sausage.





Line baking dish with canned biscuits.  

Make sure to smush edges together to cover bottom.





Cover with sausage and cheese.





Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until blended. 

Pour mixture over the sausage, egg & cheese.






Bake 30 minutes or until set (A fork should come out clean when inserted in 

the center). 

Let stand for 5 minutes and cut into squares. 

Serve warm.
