3 SMOOTHIES TO BOOST HEALTH







Energy Booster

  1. 1 big banana
  2. 1 scoop of natural hemp protein powder
  3. 2 tsp of natural peanut butter
  4. 1 handful of fresh baby spinach
  5. 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  6. Water, to thin


Immune System Booster
  1. 1/2 c. mango cubes
  2. 1/2 c. cantaloupe cubes
  3. 1/2 c. fresh pineapple cubes
  4. 1/4 c. chopped pumpkin seeds
  5. Water, to thin


Natural Skin Tanning Booster

  1. 1/2 cup of cantaloupe cubes
  2. 1/2 cup of papaya
  3. Juice of 1 orange
  4. 1/2 cup of carrot juice (or water)
  5. 1 small knob of fresh ginger
