Who doesn't need a Holiday Detox plan?

What you need..

1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup water
1/2 banana
1 cup spinach or baby spinach leaves
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
1 packet sweetener or 2 tsp. sugar
1 to 2 tsp. honey

Make it..

In a blender or a food processor, add berries, water & banana.  Blend until smooth.  Add in spinach and blend.  Add in peanut butter, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. honey and sugar.  Blend until incorporated.  Taste and then add more honey & vanilla if necessary.
Makes 1 large smoothie, or 2 small smoothies.
