~MY TIME MONDAY~ Facials!!

First we'll Cleanse!!

What you need..

 a tablespoon of apple juice

 two tablespoons of skim milk (or any milk will do)

 a teaspoon of honey


1> Mix together well 

2> Apply in a circular motion around your face, being careful of your eyes and inner nostrils

3>  After two or three minutes of this, wipe it off with a warm-water-soaked cloth

Now Lift and Tighten!!

What you need..

2 Tbsp plain yogurt

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 


1> Combine

2> Apply to your cleansed face and neck

3>Let it dry for 20 to 30 minutes (You’ll feel the mask tighten on your face and neck, which creates a lifting and firming effect)

4> Rinse with tepid water followed by a cool rinse
